Jeffrey A. Carter was born in Detroit, Michigan and earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University in 1984, and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 1996. Jeffrey practices in the area of general liability and professional malpractice. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996 and the Michigan Bar since 2000. Jeffrey and is admitted to practice before all Florida and Michigan state courts. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida.
